In preparation for class discussion, read Chapter 4 of They Say / I Say (pgs. 57-71) on "Three Ways to Respond" and complete Exercise #1 (on pgs. 70-71). You only need to do Exercise 1, part A (on the youth tackle football issue). You will complete part B with a partner in class.
