Promo Video (Part 2)

For this assignment (Part 2) you will make a copy of the shot list worksheet and complete it. Turn in a shared URL of your Doc (renamed and Shared as Editor) to this assignment. Make sure this doc is in your Class Folder in new folder called Promo Video

You will create your 30 second promo video on the MVHS community group/team/organization

Your video MUST consist of the following parts in the specific time length:

  • Fade in (1 second)
  • Shot #1 (5 seconds)
  • Shot #2 (3 seconds)
  • Shot #3 (3 seconds)
  • Shot #4 (3 seconds)
  • Shot # 5 (3 seconds)
    • with title graphic of Club name and MVHS logo for the last 2 seconds (dissolved in and out)
  • Shot #6 (5 seconds) Interview with subject #1
  • Shot #7 (5 seconds) Interview with subject #2
  • Shot #8 ( 2 seconds)
    • with title graphic of Club name, then fade to black

Shot list:

Shots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 7 show a variety of activities that illustrate the organization activity (for a math class - doing math, for a football team - playing football, etc)

Shots 5 & 6 are club members/advisors/teachers telling the viewer about the club (what they like about it, why it is awesome, what they do, why they do it, etc.) Composed using the Rule of thirds with your subjects head in the top left intersection as shown in Part 4

Title graphics dissolve in and out at 0.5 seconds (Adobe Rush default), must include name of the group in Calibri Bold (font size 220 - gold)

See screenshots and instructions in Parts 3 and Part 4  for specifics of each shot - they must composed, timed, and arranged per those direction. All times are exact.
