Great news! Your order of 1116 Yearbooks is currently in transit to you. They were shipped on 04/25/2023 from our printing plant via FedEx Freight.

We want to make your delivery experience both positive and predictable. It is not necessary to reach out to FedEx at this point. Your books are in transit and you will be contacted once they reach the FedEx delivering terminal. You will be contacted by FedEx to confirm a manageable delivery date and time window that works for you.

Upon delivery, the driver will ask you to sign and confirm that you have received your order. Before you sign for the delivery, please double-check that:

  1. You've received the correct number of pieces (93). This can include cartons, envelopes, etc.
  2. The 93 pieces were delivered in good condition/undamaged.
  3. Damages or shortages must be noted on the bill of lading prior to signing. In the event of damages, any photos that you can send me will assist us in addressing the matter with the carrier.

Should you experience any difficulties with the shipment of your books, please contact me immediately at: 1-800-332-9725.

In addition to the 1100 books that you ordered, we have also sent you 16 overrun copies:

  • Use these overrun copies to replace any books that have been damaged in transit. Please contact me and a credit will be issued for the overrun copies used as replacements for damaged books.
  • Any other overrun copies remaining can be sold to students who may not have purchased their yearbook in advance.
  • To receive credit for any overrun copies, please contact Laura or me within 60 days from your invoice date.
